Threading was good. The facial was a disaster, my face was treated like a dirty rag, she was rough, when applying cream on my face she splashed water on my face like a dolphin was getting a bath, then none of the steamers worked!!! So I did not get the impurities out of my skin.Never coming back for facial.

I had my brows microblading a few weeks ago and I LOVE the way they came out. They look very natural. The artist was kind and patient and explained the process along the way. I was charged an extremely reasonable price and would definitely recommend the artist to anyone else who wants amazing permanent brows. I've received many compliments.I did call today for my follow-up session that I already paid for and had an awkward response. Hopefully we can get this session in because now that they have healed I am seeing spots that obviously need touching up. I was told initially that some areas may not take the ink well because I bled alot during the session. I figure that the 2nd session will address my concerns. I am moving out of state and need to have my 2nd session done within the next two weeks. I didn't get a call back, so we will see what happens and I will come back and update my review based on this experience.

Very Chill, Clean, and Calming place. I ALWAYS get my brows done here, because they 1000000% do an amazing job, always delivers maximum and stunning results. If you are here for your brows ask for Reshma, because she is the best; but EVERYONE here is amazing as well.

Constant horrible experiences at this location and their staff.I had walked in and “Reshma” told me that she has a lot of customers and not able to take me right now and for me to come back in 30 minutes and she will take me for sure. I told her that I’ll be there and write my name down for an appointment so I don’t have to wait. She said come in 30 minutes I will take you don’t worry. I walk in 32 minutes later.. just 2 minutes and she claimed that she had to take her appointment and for me to wait another 30 minutes. I had already explained to her that I would be back and for 2 minutes she already had another appointment? That’s why I had told her to write my name down so there would be no issues. Horrible customer service and on top of that she had the audacity to fight with me infront of a bunch of other customers. Learn how to train your staff!!

They have good prices and great ladies here. Namita does my wax and I like the privacy of their room and the cover up provided. She does a thorough job and offers a hot towel to clean up the wax and oil if desired. Reshma does great threading that is thorough and less painful than most other technicians I have been to.
